Shantui Overseas Customer Caring Campaign - Visiting Liberian Market

Recently, Shantui’s service personnel visited the final user in the frontline of one construction site deep in Liberia.The service personnel visited the construction site of the equipment and trained the dealer’s service personnel and end customer. During the service, they instructed the dealer’s service personnel to commission the one SMT100M-6 road milling machine and two SD22 bulldozers just delivered and lectured the relevant detailed precautions. During the visit, they not only collected the user’s suggestions in terms of the quality and design of Shantui products, but also understood in details the customer’s concerns and appeals on the products by means of field checking and service of equipment and the solving of field problems.
